Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Bookings

Indie Routes requires a 100% advance payment to confirm tour bookings. The bookings will be confirmed only once the full payment is received by the company. Bookings will close 48 hours before the start of the tour.

Information Collection

Details collected during booking, such as name, age, and contact number, are gathered for tour management and internal communication purposes. This data is not shared or sold to any third parties. An ID proof is mandatory for booking a tour with us.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Guest

• More than 72 hours before the start of the tour: 50% refund.
• Less than 48 hours before the start of the tour: No refund.
• No show: No refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the time of cancellation.

Cancellation by Indie Routes

If Indie Routes cancels the experience due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be processed.

Uncontrollable Circumstances

If the tour gets cancelled or halts due to any uncontrollable circumstances such as road closures, epidemics, disasters, civil unrest, bad weather conditions, disputes, etc., no amount will be refunded.

Changes in Plans

Indie Routes reserves the right to make minor changes to the tour plan depending on seasonal variations at the location.
